Anshu Gupta is the founder of Avastha – The State of Mind, a space dedicated to emotional well-being, inner clarity, and personal alignment.

Her journey reflects a rare blend of over 25 years in corporate leadership and a deep, intentional transition into the realm of inner work. As a Chartered Accountant and MBA, Anshu has spent decades navigating high-performance environments shaped by complexity, responsibility, and constant decision-making.

While these experiences offered a profound understanding of external success, they also revealed a quieter truth—beneath achievement and capability often lies an unaddressed layer of stress, emotional fatigue, and inner disconnection.

This realization became a defining turning point.
